Self Aligning Structure
Sperical outer ring's surface of ball bearing makes it easy to adust irregularities of center height at time of fitting
the bearing to the unit and accordingly gives no trouble to the bearing, undoubtedly serves to prolong bearing's life.
Perfect Sealing
The inner synthetic rubber seals are firmly assembled on the outer ring and ensure perfect sealing of grease chamber.
The steel slingers rotate with inner ring and generate centrifugal force, by means of which dust is efficiently excluded.
Synthetic rubber seals function as protection against grease leakage and dust ingress, preserving high performance of the
bearing.
Reliability of Load Capacity
By using deep raceway grooves and larger than standard balls to our own special design and ensuring precision manufacture
in accordance with Standard Specification, it is possible to maintain constant radial and thrust loads. This increases possible
capacity and enables higher, permissable revolution speeds.
Suitable Lubrication
Prelubrication of specified quantity of High-Grade grease (capable of withstanding high and low temperature extremes)
ensures long life under normal operating conditions.
Rigid Housings
The housing of a ball bearing unit is one-piece cast-iron and is precisely manufactured in accordance with the standard dimensions.
Guaranteed Quality
Bearings are made of strictly inspected special Bearing Steels. Precise dimensions are maintained to Standards Specification by means
of our production techniques. Should defective products be found, we are glad to replace them free of charge.
Easy Mounting
You can easily and firmly mount a unit on the shaft with two setscrews, an eccentric locking collar or an adapter.
