STRUCTURE OF FYH PILLOW BLOCKS

1. Grease nipple for supplying lubricating grease.
2. Grease hole... Grease groove on outside of the outer race together with three grease holes provides efficient flow of grease of balls and raceways.
3. Steel plate slinger... Perfect sealing with steel slingers and synthetic rubber seals excludes dust efficiently. Centrifugal force generated by shaft rotation also prevents the grease from leaking out of bearing.
4. Hollow setscrews... Two hollow setscrews ensure easy and firm mounting on a shaft.
5. Synthetic rubber seals... Synthetic rubber seals place between the inner ring and outer ring prevent lubricating grease from leaking as well as preventing moisture and dust from entry.
6. One-piece cast-iron housing... of rigid structure and fault free.
7. Self-aligning surface... Self-aligning in any direction enables misaligned shaft to be centered and aligned without distorting seals.
8. Deep groove race ways and large balls... Deeply grooved race and larger than normal balls ensure high load capacity of the bearing.
