OCM roller chain have a long standing reputation for product quality and reliability. The following
features are built in OCM roller chains, which provide dependable service under a variety of operating
conditions.

| 1. |
Re-Punched Link Holes
OCM's repunching process removes the taper of hole. Both sides of the hole are parallel, better bearing
between pins and holes. This process increases fatigue strength.

|
2. |
Shot-Peening
Rollers and link plates are shot peened to increase fatigue strength.

 |
| 3. |
Oil Port
These holes, located on the inner side of the bushings away from bearing area, function as a reservoir for
extra lubricant. This process reduces chain wear and extend the chain's operating life.
|
|
4. |
Seam Oriented Bushings
The seam of bushing is oriented opposite the pin bushing contact area. This process prolongs chain service life.

|
 |
| 5. |
Continuous Preloading
OCM roller chain is continuously preloaded after assembly to minimize initial elongation.
