IKO is a brand of Nippon Thompson Co., Ltd. which was established in February 10, 1950. Nippon Thompson was first in Japan to develop needle roller bearings meeting a wide range of industrial needs. Two decades ago they advanced into the field of linear motion rolling guides and continued to grow in that field as well. Now both major products command almost equal percentages of the total sales.
